Standard delivery within Russia: 3-7 business days. Express is also available at checkout. For international delivery — write to us first and we'll confirm the route and timeline.
Yes. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact support@shutterfeel.com.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status in Account → Orders.
We currently ship within Russia. For other countries — get in touch before placing an order and we'll find a way.
Each product page includes a size chart with garment measurements. If you are between sizes, go up. Still unsure — write to us and we'll help.
