TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the Шатерфил online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
All orders are subject to availability, stock confirmation and price confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error or stock discrepancy. Order confirmation by email does not constitute final acceptance until dispatch.
Payment is made in full at checkout. We do not store card details. USDT payments are processed through Thyss; blockchain transactions are irreversible, so the amount and address must be checked before confirming payment.
Shipping is currently available within Russia. International orders are handled manually by request. Risk of loss passes to the customer when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Duties and taxes are included for Russia and selected nearby regions where stated. For other international destinations, import charges are not collected by us and may be requested from the recipient upon delivery.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
