Every returned piece goes through inspection. We accept only items that meet the above conditions — no signs of wear, washing or damage.
If something arrived wrong or you found a fault — include photos in your email. Please don't send anything back before we confirm: we'll issue the return label right after.
Pack the item in its original packaging. We'll send a prepaid label to your email once the return is approved.
Once we process the refund, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to post it.
